If you have a print, a rough diagram or an old shim, we can produce the shim for your application. We offer Stainless Steel, High Nickel Alloys, Carbon Steel and plastic shims. Once the pattern is approved, we cut from either a water-jet, laser or wire edm machines ensuring high quality edges with no carbon migration found from plasma cutters. All of our materials offer complete traceability and our shims are manufactured in the United States. For high volume smaller shim applications, we can offer stamped production runs using your required alloy or plastic.
